OMG, I seen it Friday night (I think? Cause that it was at night and Faith had just came over..) I was all OMGWTFBBQAWESOMECAKES! but she just shrugged and said, "That's nice, I guess." Yes, I slaughtered her, but had to bring her back to life... cause, like, you know, mom would be mad x(

And it is prettifuls. All your new additions are more than awesome.. and I wouldn't angst over Uncharted, it looks wonderful :P

Sankyuu. The supers cracked me up, but everything's still too ~vague~ for my liking.

And no voices but it was EPIC. "A saga 10 years in the making!" etc, etc.

I saw it on Comedy Central, though knowing past FFVII, it'll also probably be on Cartoon Network, SciFi, and E!

Ooooo cool, thanks! Will keep an eye on Cartoon Network at least, don't know if I actually have the rest since I know next to nothing about what channels we have at home, lol.

Now for something slightly OT...

I don't know if you've already read the recent S-Enix interview where the director of CC mentioned the "finale of The Compilations" taking "some other form", and seems to me people are already getting heated up over that one sentence, though validity of his statement is high. From the secret ending we got in DoC, there should still be something to tell about Genesis (which will be... cracky with Gackt!clone everywhere) since his whereabouts became unknown near the end of CC. BUT - that means there will be another sequel, while I'm not sure what else is there to talk about after AC. Leave the dad and mom alone S-Enix. Maybe FFVII: The Babies Army like what they did for FFIV? HAHA that would be epic.

Ugh, yeah.

That was kind of one of the things I wanted to talk about on Will but never got around to it--this whole "son becomes the father and the father the son" sort of deal fans keep harping on whenever sequel talk is involved. I'd be open to more sequels so long as it doesn't do anything to diminish Cloud's growth up to this point (which I think the whole Denzel taking the reigns thing would). At the same time I'd like some things left to the imagine; DoC made me like Vincent and Lucrecia notably less. I guess we'll see what CC will do for me with Zack...

But yeah! They certainly seem attached to Genesis, don't they? I guess I'd be interested in seeing what they come up with, and I'm always up for checking in on my favorite characters. I just hope Square doesn't screw them over.

Maybe the next game will be the first Compilation title to appear on the Wii. Haha.

If there IS to be babies/new pets/etc. in the sequel... it would be fun, I suppose, since I've believed for a long time that Cloud's biological first-born would be a daughter with the same hair, but the flavor of the "old folks and talks" would be lost. Am I making any sense? DoC was like that for me - frankly, I didn't mind their V/L talks so much, but the Deep Ground deal? It was almost like we weren't talking about FFVII anymore.

I'm crossing my fingers that you'll like Zack/CC a bit. Though in terms of character growth? I believe Cloud would always have the upper-hand. Zack was basically The World's Nicest Guy-Machine since the start, lol.

Like, for real? O_O

Well, yes. That's FFXIII. :D

I think I catch your drift, though. And it'd be funny if we did see a Cloud kid running around; I suppose it'd be the next step for his story...

Wii needs a FFVII title! I still think they should re-work BC for the DS and get it out to global markets, stat.

Lucrecia just annoyed me beyond reason, and it made me dislike Vincent more for pinning for her when she was obviously both spineless and a moron.

I thought the idea of Deep Ground was well-founded and could have been really cool, but they went around it all wrong. Weiss the Hedgehog was a mistake.

But I really want to like Zack, so I think I will. :p

If S-Enix does that I WILL GO BUY A TURK-STYLE TUX RIGHT AWAY ♥ It sounds feasible, too: there's already a couple examples like KH:CoM.

RE: DoC - I admit that Lucrecia's habit of running away from mistakes is so not cool. Then Vincent was made into the oh-very-Japanese "love makes me all blind" victim of her cries. It's such a shame since ideas from all the Compilation titles connect well. S-Enix always ends up putting too much celebrity-like material into it and all seriousness is gone :P

Zack the puppy is great ♥ He's a lot of fun to tease, that I can guarantee.
